After the emergence of electronic commerce,more and more customers from traditional channel list the network channel as their first choice for shopping.It brings more marketing pressure to the traditional channel.In this paper,the dynamic complex channel was researched from the perspective of consumer purchasing behavior.The SIS infectious disease model in biomathematics was referenced.The competition model of dynamic enterprise complex channel was constructed based on the SIS infectious disease model.Equilibrium point and its stability condition was solved to analyze the evolutionary path and stability of consumers purchasing behavior in different channels.Studies have shown that under certain market conditions,the enterprise’s sales will increase when the managers do something to coordinated the composite channel conflict to increase the internal channels and cross-transmission loss rate.Compare the pros and cons of enterprises composite channel competition equilibrium model is proposed to change the trend of the final sales business by increasing the rate of propagation effects within the enterprise and channel between the channels and ways to reduce the rate of return.An example was given to test the model so that reasonable suggestion can be provided to the enterprise.In chapter one,the background and significance of this paper was described.The current research of the complex channel in the domestic and international e-commerce environment was summarized.At last,the problems and the research content of this paper was put forward.In chapter two,a brief introduction was made of the channel theory and the development and application of the infectious disease model,which was the foundation for the construction of the model.The chapter three to five is the core of this paper.The customer group characteristics of the complex channel was compared with the biological population characteristics of infectious disease model to construct the complex channel competition model.In chapter four,the equilibrium point and its stability was solved from the mathematical theory.Coordination strategies from different conditions of enterprise were proposed according to the comparison of different equilibrium points.In chapter five,combined with the previous model,an example of a mobile phone manufacturer’s specific goods was given to illustrates the influence of different channel factors on the sales of mobile phone products.Finally,the conclusion and deficiency were proposed and prospect was mentioned for further research.
