Coordinated Decelopment Status Of Employment,Wage And Pesion Insurance For Urban Workers

Social security affects the national people's livelihood. The improvement of people's living standard of happiness is closely related with the level of employment, wages and the coverage of pension insurance.And the deficiency of one of three parties in development will seriously influence the planning and development of the social security in China. The town obtain employment is the heart of employment problem in our country, because towns occupy most of the advanced productive forces, the high quality material base in our country, and high-quality talent. Only to solve the problem of employment in cities and towns, the efficient use of productivity, material foundation, human resources can be achieved, which will speed up economic and social development, and ultimately expand the demand of the whole society in employment. At present, under the country's strong support, all parts of country carry out policy decision of the CPC central committee and the state council earnestly to push ahead the implementation and development of the policy in the aspects of employment, wages and endowment insurance. Under this background, our research focuses on the urban workers employment, wage and how the linkage effect of the endowment insurance, optimal employment way, what are the provinces of employment optimal, how to configure the salary and pension insurance in order to achieve the optimal state of employment.In this paper, first of all, through the method of literature review, the key factors that influence the employment, wage and pension insurance of town worker will be selected. Then we will establish a state space model to analyze the wages, the linkage between endowment insurance and employment effects. Finally,by using the method of data envelopment analysis, we will construct the DEA model which uses salary and pension insurance for the input and the employment for the output. It will calculate the optimal state of employment under the existing economic conditions and under the established employment status.
