Research On The Evaluation Of Technology Innovation Ability And Efficiency Of Innovation Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In China

Equipment manufacturing industry is the basic department of national economy and the strategic industry in China. Innovation is the fountain of industry technique progress and competitiveness enhancement, the ability of self-innovation is the core competition. To strengthen the ability of self-innovation and the efficiency technology innovation is the only way to brace up the equipment manufacturing industry in China. Based on the analysis of concept and connotation of industry competition and innovation, this article attempts to make use of SWOT analysis method to analyze the developmental advantage,drawback,facing opportunity and menace of our national equipment manufacturing industry thoroughly, especially point out the shortage of self-innovation ability is the soft spot to restrict the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in China; the author designs a systematic evaluation parameters about the ability of independent technique innovation, including five modules which is constitutive of 18 parameters ,called the ability of innovation guarantee,the ability of innovation resource investment,the ability of technique innovation conversion,the ability of independent innovation benefit and the ability of technique innovation on environment friendly; meanwhile constructs an assessment model by using principle component analysis, consequently evaluates the ability of independent technique innovation quantitatively and analyzes with seven equipment manufacturing industry; what's more the author selects twelve representative indexes from devotion and output, adopting the method of input-output and the means of factor analysis, then evaluates the efficiency of technique innovation quantitatively and compositor analyzes with seven equipment manufacturing industry.Based on the result of assessment, we discover that the ability of independent technique innovation of the equipment manufacturing industry has an obvious difference with the efficiency of technique innovation, the weakness of the self-innovation and the efficiency of technique innovation is the bottleneck factor which restricts the development of the equipment manufacturing industry in China, and that the ability of innovation resource investment and the ability of technique innovation conversion are the two key factors which affects the ability of independent technique innovation we should strengthen the self-innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry which we look it as tactic industry, therefore we should strengthen the self-innovation ability of equipment manufacturing industry which we look it as tactic industry. Based on the cognition, the paper finds the efficient way and measures to solve the problems from ten angles of view: innovational mode's conversion, innovational system's construction, industry structure's upgrade and innovational devotion's increase.
