Research On The Performance Evaluation For The Pork Green Supply Chain

With the development of China's economy and the quality of people's life, the changing demand of consumers and the attention to environmental protection put forward new challenges to the traditional pork supply model. Pork enterprises only focus on improving the economic efficiency of enterprises, but ignore the influence of excessive consumption and environmental pollution of resources on the overall performance of the green supply chain of pork in the process of production. In the operation of the green supply chain of pork, pork enterprises seldom can make accurate and comprehensive evaluation system for the method of supply chain performance on their own. The evaluation of the performance of green supply chain of pork is beneficial to the weak point of the whole operation, and provides scientific basis for improving the performance of the supply chain.In the analysis of domestic and foreign pork green supply chain performance evaluation research based on pork, green, supply chain definition and characteristics, performance evaluation methods in accordance with the relevant theory, systematic analysis on the performance of green supply chain of pork are developed. According to the system structure of the green supply chain of pork, the operation process is divided into four parts, the supplying link, breeding link, slaughter and processing links and marketing links, the analysis of each link operation form the green supply chain of pork performance content. Based on the perspective of green supply chain, from the three aspects of economic performance, social performance and environmental performance, the paper uses rough set method to remove the redundant indexes and construct the pork green supply chain performance evaluation index system in order to make the evaluation results more accurately and objectively reflect the actual situation of green supply chain of pork. Using the grey evaluation method, the performance evaluation model of green supply chain was built, and the model was used to analyze the green supply chain of Hei longjiang province. From the overall evaluation results, the overall performance of the green supply chain of pork has reached a good standard and has formed a certain competitive advantage compared with other green supply chain of pork.According to the results of the performance evaluation, combined with the actual operation of the green supply chain of the Great Northern Wilderness meat industry, the improvement measures of the green supply chain of Hei longjiang province were put forward from the perspective of economic performance, social performance and environmental performance. The green supply chain of Hei longjiang province should increase guide frequency to farmers, improve stability of contract farmers, strengthen security system construction, establish a green brand image, strengthen the management of pollutant emissions, realize the ecological cycle to improve green supply chain of pork's overall performance.
