In the21century, the food safety accidents is more and more frequent, the green food with its high quality security and superior palate gradually into the average consumer’s vision, gradually become the focus of consumption. Pork as a daily necessity, its quality safety problems become very big concern, green pork also get more and more affirmation, its sales and market-share increasing. The change in the consumer attitudes and the increase of the Spending power make green pork market demand grow steadily, green pork industry has ushered in the golden age. But our green pork industry is not developed, green pork production is far from being able to meet market demand. At the same time, because of the production of the technical level of the restrictions and the constraints of production conditions, China’s production of green pork is very vulnerable to pollution into normal pork products, thus seriously affect green pork quality, Furtherly deepen the contradiction between supply and demand, and also reduces the degree of consumer confidence in green pork,. This has seriously hindered the development of green pork industry, and further affect the supply of green pork, green pork industry has been badly hit, green pork quality reduced, supply becomes more unstable. In this case, build a reasonable green pork supply chain is the essential way to minimize quality problems,improve the green pork production, protect a steady supply of high-quality green pork supply, promote the development of green pork industry and protect the life qualityThis paper take the green pork industry as research object, take the construction of green pork supply chain and green degree evaluation as the research content, On the basis of research results of the past scholars, Put forward the pork Green Supply Chain which in line with the China’s actual situation,and according to the production process of green pork this paper divide the green pork green supply chain into7parts which are green feed production, green varieties breeding, green raising manage, green disease epidemic prevention, green transportation slaughtering, green sales and green recycling. On this basis, this paper has identified the main factors affecting the green degree, build a more complete pork green green supply chain evaluation index system which based in supply chain management and green pork fanning, and at the same time, combine the AHP evaluation method with gray correlation method, through the expert judgment and strict data analysis, this paper make quantitative evaluation of the every aspect of the green supply chain and the whole supply chain green degree, so as to find out the weak link in the supply chain, and puts forward some suggestions. Finally, this paper make empirical analysis on the Lianke food limited liability company of Jingzhou and make a positive analysis with Yurun to Verify the scientific integrity of the supply chain and the index system, identified the main problems of the company’s green pork supply chain in building and running process, at last puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestion.
