This dissertation takes the group purchase to provide reference and reference for the sustained and healthy development.Along with China's economic development and the adjustment of industrial structure,the development of the manufacturing sector is facing more and more difficulties.Low labor costs,high energy consumption and wasting a lot of extensive manufacturing enterprises cannot adapt to the current economic situation.The predecessor of the Toyota lean production mode of production,lean production originated in the background under the oil crisis for our country is currently facing energy shortages,rising labor costs and the leadership of sustainable development are presented for reference.After entering 2015,dragged down by the overall economic environment,the automotive industry also ended the Golden Age,entered a period of adjustment.How to maintain profitability in the downturn in market conditions is C Company facing problems.Based on the application status at home and abroad to study the origin spot lean production,combined with the status quo and related theories of C Company,C Company describes the status of the application of lean manufacturing,analyzes the various management aspects,to identify the problems of lean production.Through research,data analysis,lean production management issues of C Company were analyzed from product features,management status of processes,information technology,technical and staff quality and other aspects.Combined with lean manufacturing theory and advanced enterprise management experience,put forward lean manufacturing optimization program for C Company conditions.Production,logistics and supply chain and quality management,specific implementation methods and evaluate results.Achieve production efficiency,supply chain management and quality management improvement,in order to improve the auto parts C Company marketcompetitiveness in practice.This study will refine the theory of lean production to low-energy SME level.For such small-scale,low-power,low raw material costs,SMEs high cost of human resources to implement the theory put forward in its application.For many fledgling private manufacturing enterprises have certain theoretical guidance.
