It has come to realize to more and more enterprises that innovation is the key to win the competition among each others when the Chinese government is encouraging everyone to make innovations and to start their own business. Researches have showed that Innovation culture has a significant positive effect on innovation profit. However, the analysis of the specific impact mechanism is not enough. In practice, it is still not clear enough to enterprises about how to create collaborative innovation cultures and how to enhance employees' beliefs, which, as a result, becomes a limitation when collaborative innovation culture is trying to play a bigger role in the innovation management of the enterprise. So in this study, the innovation self-efficacy was added as an intermediary variable between the two variables of enterprise collaborative innovation culture and innovation performance, trying to reveal the impact of the relationship among the three and to provide theoretical basis for enterprise innovation management.Using empirical methods, this study investigated the employees of 212 enterprises mainly in Jiangxi Province. The result shows that Three factors, which are the value concept, the incentive system and the behavior mode, have a significant positive effect on innovation performance. The role of innovation self-efficacy in collaborative innovation culture and innovation performance is also discussed. The analysis and verification of the demographic variables for enterprise collaborative innovation culture, innovation self-efficacy and innovation performance are mentioned, too. According to the empirical analysis results, this research offers specific suggestions for the innovation management of enterprises.
