Core talents are the strength in the business, representing the core competitiveness of an enterprise. It plays a pivotal role in the fierce competition. Generally speaking, the competition of an enterprise is the core talents competition of an enterprise. However, the core talents' training and development, in a lot of private enterprises, have not been seriously. This paper selects the M company, a private enterprise mainly manufacturing. As to the core talents' training and development, M company has many problems to the construction and insufficient daily management. Moreover, M company is currently in expansion, so the acquiring and developing of talents' is more imminent, the existing problem of talent is becoming more and more serious. This paper studies the construction of the core talent training and development system f, as to solve the problems existing in the management team of M company, for the core of M company to establish a high quality talent team, shaping the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Through literature review, this paper summarizes the relevant theory of the core talents, enterprise training and development, as well as the enterprise training and development model, which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the core personnel training and development system framework.Through the data collection and analysis, the status of the M communication company's human resources, core personnel training present situation and the existing problems analysis, think m communication company existing main problems are the training content is relatively single, training methods lack of innovation, training teachers strength is weak, the training system is not perfect and training programs lack demand analysis.Finally, in order to further improve the M communications company's core personnel training system, the paper puts forward strengthen the leadership attention, paying attention to the integration of enterprise culture; science to develop training plans, intensive training content, improving the incentive mechanism of core talented person training, improving the training effect evaluation mechanism, makeingfull use of network training, strengthen teachers some suggestions.
