Research On The Growth Mechanism Of Sanya Leisure Agriculture Cluster Development

With the prosperous, stable and sustainable development of China’s economy and society, leisure life increasingly be accepted and followed by citizen. Sanya City belongs to tropical areas, which is a hibernation leisure resort with excellent ecological environment; warm winter weather. So develop the leisure agriculture to meet citizens’ needs of sightseeing, leisure, entertainment, experience, vacation; promote tourism construction in Sanya, transform the method of agricultural development and promote the integration of urban and rural areas, all of these does benefits on the increase income of peasant. Currently, there are 10 leisure agriculture demonstration base with strong local characteristics of rural natural scenery, folk customs, cultural landscape, agricultural specialty industries and so on been basically formed, including Sanya betel nut river international rural tourism area, Sanya rural thermal spring, Tiandu orchids base etc. With the development of social economy,especially the needs of the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and the path of cluster growth which Sanya leisure agriculture to seek has become the needs of reality and development.Currently, Domestic and international research concentrate on more the definition of leisure agriculture cluster, rather than leisure agriculture cluster growth mechanisms. In order to promote Sanya leisure agriculture cluster growth, in the context of reality condition and leisure agriculture-related research, from the relevant concept and content of leisure agriculture, base on relevant theory, this paper will establish growth indicator evaluation system of Sanya leisure agriculture cluster; calculate the weight of each index by applying Analytic Hierarchy Method; construct Sanya leisure agriculture cluster growth mechanism and propose Sanya leisure agriculture cluster healthy growth strategies.Sanya leisure agriculture cluster growth index contains 6 tier one indicators and 22 tier two indicators that include cluster size, the degree of agglomeration, economic,innovation, cooperate ability and social effects. After the calculation and analysis, this paper get the conclusion that while the weight of total profit, total profit per capita, the number of patent applications and cluster GDP are great, practitioners scale, cluster network density, the degree of contact within the cluster is small. This article combine with the status quo of Sanya leisure agriculture cluster growth, and consider factors of Sanya leisure agriculture in all aspects that cover with the government supportmechanisms etc. stablish Sanya leisure agriculture cluster growth mechanism. Finally, to put forward four aspects of countermeasures and Suggestions which contain consummating the external growth mechanism, attaching importance to government support, promoting technological progress. To establish the perfect internal growth mechanism, improve innovation ability and the level of management. To expand the influence of network growth mechanism, develop the market and improve the level of economy. To increase the impact of sanya leisure agriculture, expand the scale of cluster and elevate the degree of agglomeration. To promote the cluster growth of Sanya leisure agriculture.
