Research On The New Urbanization Response To Tourism Development And Countermeasures Of Ring Of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration

With the development of China's industrialization process, urbanization has important impetus to economic and social development. In addition, tourism as the economic, social and ecological driving effects significantly strong correlation industry plays a huge role in promoting new urbanization construction in many regions of our country. New urbanization and coordinated development of tourism became one of the important strategies of a lot of regional economic and social sustainable development, new urbanization response to tourism development has become the focus of attention of the academia, the mechanism and strength of new urbanization response to the development of tourism and become an important research topic.This study, first, using the PSR model to carried on the qualitative analysis to the response mechanism of new urbanization to tourism, and then take a comprehensive evaluation to the new urbanization and the tourism development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration. Then use the date of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration to empirical research on the new urbanization response to the tourism development of the ring of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration. Analysis the response intensity coefficient of the new urbanization and the tourism development. Analysis the differences of the new urbanization response to tourism development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration. Analysis the influence factors of these differences. The results show that:(1) The new urbanization response to tourism of ring of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration exist different degree of volatility, among them Yiyang city is the most intense response intensity fluctuation, Hengyang city is the most stable.(2) The new urbanization development is steadily push forward; response intensity fluctuation is mainly caused by the fluctuation of the development level of tourism. The internal distribution gap of the new urbanization response to tourism development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is too big, not too uniform. The trend of response intensity over time to reduce of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is more obvious.(3)Rank the affecting factors from big to small of the new urbanization response strength to tourism development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is: Number hotel per ten thousand people, The per capita area is, The urban population scale, Per capita social investment in fixed assets, GDP per capita.Based on the empirical research, ring of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomerations should strengthen the concept of coordinate tourism and the new urbanization; Strengthen the tourism planning guidance, provide new urbanization industry support; Improving the quality of tourist town, provide space carrier for the development of tourism.
