Urban aggregation of urban agglomeration is appeared in the process of urbanization, urban agglomeration of the center for a large number of industries and population in cities, the rapid development. At the same time, also has the radiation on the surrounding area. The formation and development of urban agglomeration is closely related to the comprehensive transportation system, the two are cause and effect. For urban agglomeration, the comprehensive transportation system is like blood, only a comprehensive traffic channel and extension, in all aspects of the urban agglomeration to strengthen liquidity, give full play to urban agglomeration and diffusion effect. Urban traffic network should be a highly coordinated integrated transportation system, it should include direct channel, convenient road and road network extending in all directions and improve the transfer system. Urban comprehensive transportation system research is accelerate the development of urbanization in China, urban space layout in group a, the internal traffic of the city affected by the interregional transportation, transit transportation is put forward under the background of increasing, the purpose is through improving the structure of the urban comprehensive transportation network, improve the interregional traffic accessibility, for the smooth implementation of the regional economic development strategy and the orderly development of urban space to create the necessary external environment, as well as relieve the strain on internal traffic of the city to provide powerful external security.According to the actual development of Hunan, in the backdrop of the rise of central China puts forward the concept of ring of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration. Ring is not only developed in Hunan area of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, is also part of the urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze River. The ring of the comprehensive transportation system optimization of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration research is helpful to highlight the important position in the urban agglomeration in the middle reach of Yangtze River, and play to ring the role of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration in the central rise. This paper focus on the ring the comprehensive transportation system of Changsha- Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration six (highway, railway, aviation, waterways, pipelines, urban railway and other) transportation development present situation, pointed out that both the comprehensive transportation system and ring to curry favor with alternating pushed the development of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration, and puts forward the problems in the process of our development. Through Granger causality tests it is concluded that the relationship between traffic volume and gross domestic product. Finally proposed to the comprehensive transportation system structure optimization countermeasures and suggestions.
