A Study On Supply Chain Management Of Steel And Iron Industry Of Our Country

The price of steel and iron products and materials undulates fiercely on the current market. It is the most urgent problem needs to resolve at present that how to conform the supply chain effectively, strengthen the cooperation between the upstream enterprises and the downstream enterprises, and promote the competitive ability of steel enterprises.This paper divides into 8 chapters. It carries on the analysis and the research for the supply chain management of steel enterprises at theoretic aspect and practical aspect.
