Study On Modern Railway Logistics Product Design And Related Problems Under The New Situation

With the development of the General Secretary Xi "along the way", Asian Development Bank building, Beijing Tianjin Hebei, the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, Bohai district concept stir ring, a common understanding of infrastructure construction has become all over the country, even in Asia, the world economic growth, and development. The railway infrastructure is the focus of infrastructure construction, but also the focus of the country pushing. However, in recent years, the global economic situation under pressure is not weakened, but constantly stringent environmental regulations, resulting in coal, steel, ore, coke and other bulk materials transportation dropped. This gave the traditional and conservative railway transportation brought great pressure and challenges. Railway freight to gain a foothold in the fierce market competition, the most important is the development of the time, adapt to the reform of the separation as soon as possible, complete transformation of logistics enterprises. For the design of railway freight products and related services supporting measures will become the core content of the transformation of the railway logistics. Currently, the development and transportation of the productions of domestic railway freight service not organized by Train operation, Dinkey, Current supply, Electricity and Vehicle together are still not closed with the two systems, and to be coordinated more closely. How to get through each link of railway freight service, the product development and the actual transportation organization and actual cargo demand for the more appropriate, more suitable for design of freight transport products, will be the leading direction of future research on railway freight transport market. So this dissertation mainly from the current situation of railway freight products and the existing problems of modern logistics, according to the characteristics of the product, the main products focus on the design of railway freight transportation-- "process", seize the discussion subject-- "product design" for each link, the system of railway freight product design, to provide theoretical support and guidance for railway logistics reform. The main research contents are as follows:(1) Started from the difference between product and logistics products, summarizes the railway freight transport product present situation and the existence question, pointed out explicitly the goods transported between the product and actual demand gap, for behind of railway freight transport product design lays a foundation.(2) Taking the relationship between railway transportation and modern logistics and starting with the necessity and stressed the urgency of railway development of modern logistics, summarizes the basic advantages of railway development of modern logistics, the basic train of thought clear railway developing modern logistics. Provides specific guidances and theoretical basis for the design of the productions of railway freight transport.(3) The modern logistics product demand and market positioning analysis of the development of railway, introduced with the current railway freight reform and market competitive transport products, at the same time which will be building a logistics center design and information system construction based on the modern logistics on put forward some constructive suggestions. Then this dissertation aimed at the existing degree of satisfaction and the evaluation method of SERVQUAL problem, by introducing the "tolerate domain" theory model of "SERVQUAL" on the part of modern logistics of railway freight product satisfaction breath made more scientific evaluation, and carries on the analysis through examples.
