Analysis On Purchasing Performance Management Of Z Company's Raw Material Procurement

Procurement of supply management is an important part of modern enterprise management functions. In general, production-oriented enterprises usually take more than 40% of the sales for raw materials, spare parts purchasing. The cost of raw materials is core of final products. Thus, a good supply of raw materials purchasing performance management for an enterprise to strengthen cost control, efficient use of resources, improve service and increase profits play an important role, will directly improve enterprise profit and the competitiveness of the company's products in the market.This thesis is according Z company procurement of raw materials as background.Based on present situation of raw material supply management & the existing actual problem, applied excellent experiences of advanced manufacturing enterprises of performance management to the Z company raw material purchasing supply performance management optimization analysis. It is including the reasons to measure performance and the problems associated with measurement and evaluation.Procurement performance evaluation system represents a formal, systematic approach to monitor and evaluate purchasing result. By using interview method, literature retrieval method, case analysis, key performance indicators(KPI) and MBO target management theory analysis, then find out the key problems and summarizes a set of raw material buyer for Z company performance evaluation system, supplemented by the corresponding manage KPI. Also, Supplier performance management for the corresponding analysis, and carried out the effective methods of supplier performance management.
