Chinese broiler industry starts from the eighties of last century, massive rising in the nineties and the overall size reaches second in the world by 2012, only after the United States. As a big province of broiler production, Shandong' broiler production is "company + farmers" business model, by farmers and processing enterprises to establish a cooperative relationship. But in the process of cooperation, default is widespread, and then partnership is unstable. This has seriously affected to the cooperation between farmers and processing enterprises, while not conducive to the smooth development of broiler industry. Good relations of cooperation is conducive to promoting the stable development of the broiler industry. Therefore, the paper analyzes the factors affecting the stability of the partnership from the perspective of broiler farmers, processing enterprises as well as a comprehensive analysis of both.At present, many domestic and foreign scholars are studying the issue of farmers' and enterprises' cooperation, and achieve fruitful results. However, based on the broiler industry, there is no the research from farmers and processing enterprises. Therefore, the paper bases on relational contract theory, transaction cost theory and principal-agent theory, combines with the existing research, analyzes the factors that affect farmers' and processing enterprises' cooperation and draws conclusions. At last, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the stability of partnership from farmers, processing business and government,Research is divided into four parts:The first part of the empirical analysis is based on the perspective of farmers. This part analyzes the factors affecting stable cooperative relationship from the perspective of farmers, and it analyzes the factors affecting stable cooperative relationship from farmers own characteristics, cognitive characteristics, behavior characteristics and environmental features four levels, based on 265 questionnaires from broiler farmers. The result indicates: the level of education, the cognition of trading relations, opportunistic behavior of the enterprise, the degree of cooperation, contractual commitments, trading certainty, the degree of trust, the influence of the enterprise and the inter dependence have different degrees of influence on the cooperative behavior of farmers. Among them, the opportunistic behavior and the inter dependence of the enterprise have a negative impact, and the remaining seven factors havepositive impact. The second part of the empirical analysis is based on the perspective of processing enterprises. This part analyzes the factors affecting stable cooperative relationship from the perspective of processing enterprises, using descriptive analysis and econometric analysis, by establishing the model of Logit-ISM, based on 61 broiler processing enterprises which have already established partnerships with broiler farmers. The result shows: enterprise scale, enterprise level, attitude and behavior, cognitive transaction costs, cognitive binding contract cognitive reputation mechanism and coordination of intermediary organizations have an impact on cooperative relation stable. Among them, coordination of intermediary organizations and attitude and behavior are the surface direct factors, cognitive transaction costs, contracts cognition and cognitive reputation mechanism are the middle indirect factors, enterprise scale and enterprise level are deep source factors. The third part is a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of broiler farmers' and processing enterprises' cooperation. Based on three dimensions of transactions, this part tries to build a model to evaluate processing enterprises' cooperation, by using RC-AHP. It analyses combining with numerical example to promote farmers and processing enterprises in stable partnerships. The fourth part is the research conclusions and suggestions.
