Research On Sustainable Development Of Fishing And Agriculture Tourism In Zhoushan

With the enhancement of national residents' material living standards and the increase of their leisure time, domestic tourism has been growing rapidly and the journey destinations have changed from cities to countries and sea islands. Especially when people suffer from narrower living space, smaller green land, worse environment pollution and more work pressure, they yearn for returning to nature. In such situation,agritourism which featured with living in countries, eating farmyard products, doing farm work and having farming fun, becomes one of the most popular tourist activities in China since 1990 s.Based on previous research and practice, this paper starts from the overview of national agritourism development, then make a systematic explanation of present situation and features of fishing and agriculture tourism in the city of Zhoushan with the theories of sustainable development, ecological economy, industrial amalgamation and garden cities. With SOWT analysis and development experience at home and abroad, the paper proposes the thinkings and countermeasures of sustainable development of agritourism in the city of Zhoushan.The paper consists of six parts. Part One is introduction, introducing the background for selecting this topic, purpose, summary of research about this topic at home and abroad, research methods, data source, technology course and innovation; Part Two covers the basis theory and development overview of national agritourism industry,including development history, features, models and types; Part Three informs the development situation of fishing and agriculture tourism industry in the city of Zhoushan,including development history, features and success stories; Part Four offers SOWT analysis on fishing and agriculture tourism industry in the city of Zhoushan; Part Five introduces the development experiences of agritourism at home and abroad; Part Six proposes the thinkings and countermeasures of sustainable development of fishing and agriculture tourism in the city of Zhoushan.
