Overall Budget Management Of Construction Projects In Automotive Manufacturing Companies

For China's auto industry in recent years,its production and sales has been ranked top in the world.Although the scale is large,management capabilities of enterprises are still behind from the international advanced auto enterprises.In particular,construction projects need to be enhanced in terms of the overall budget management.As the construction covers decision,design,cost evaluation,bidding,construction,control,change and many other aspects,which causes automotive manufacturing enterprises much difficulty in management.The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the process of overall budget management in the famous auto company A.In order to do this,this thesis first makes theory study on overall budget management and its application in local real estate and foreign advanced auto companies.For problems during its construction projects budget management,this thesis makes some suggestions which may be useful for relevant companies.First,this thesis reviews the overall budget management theory.And it introduces the concept of overall budget,its definition,its classification and so on.Secondly,construction project budget management is introduced.It introduces the life cycle of construction projects.And later introduces the budget pricing model of construction projects.Finally,it describes the whole process at all stages of budget management for construction.Finally,this paper is to analyze the local famous automobile manufacturing enterprise A.It introduces its budget classification,organization and preparation process.And this thesis analyzes major issues in overall budget management of construction projects.Based on experiences of domestic real estate enterprises in construction projects and foreign advanced auto companies,it makes some optimization proposal.Company A has also made some exploration in the using of IT system and big data analysis on overall budget management,which can be a good way of budget management in future.
