An Analysis Of Relations Governance Effect On Cooperation Performance In Construction Supply Chain Under Partnering

Construction supply chain is a complex network chain structure which contains suppliers,contractors,subcontractors,designers,government agencies and supervisory agencies,etc.,the behavior of any member are likely to affect the development and stability in the building supply chain.Therefore,how to make party members maintain a state of harmony,and to achieve the collaboration performance in the building supply chain is a worthy topic for study.In this paper,as to Partnering mode for the project management,through the research of relationship between the parties involved to improve collaboration performance in the building supply chain.Taking relationship management as research perspectives to talk on the impact of Relation Governance to the collaboration performance in building supply chain.Based on previous studies,through selecting core elements in Relation Governance for trust,commitment,information sharing and communication.Therefore,the purpose and the key issues of this paper is the empirical and empirical research design to the relationship between the core elements and Relations Governance,the relationship between the Relation Governance and collaboration performance in building supply chain to develop and maintain provided theory and decision support.Firstly,the research background is explained,pointing out the current numerous participants in building supply chain and "fragmentation" in the construction process Which increase a lot more difficult to manage,although Relations Governance has a larger scale,but relatively scarce in the construction supply chain collaboration Performance.This paper presents research questions that the current relatively respected by scholars for the Partnering model in building supply chain,to talk on the Effect of the Relations Governance on the partners and cooperative performance in building supply chain.Research methods are mainly literature,survey questionnaire and structural equation modeling.And scholars from home and abroad by reference to the empirical and theoretical analysis on the Relations Governance and collaboration performance in building supply chain,identify problems article requires study and learn from other scholars through partial correlation theory,this paper makes the argument more vivid and have to convince force.Through questionnaires and field interviews,collecting first-hand information and data,and provides support for the paper to verify the assumptions and data processing and analysis.Structural equation modeling mainly by constructing a hypothetical model,and the model assumptions descriptive statistical analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis testing,and finally verify the hypotheses.Research tools used in this paper are mainly SPSS software and AMOS software,mainly usedfor drawing the model assumptions and data processing.Research significance on the one hand to provide relevant paradigm of reference,it also enhances the relationship between the governance of the project management awareness among building supply chain partners to guide members to improve performance through collaboration relationship management.Through the empirical design and empirical analysis,the results showed that the relationship between the core elements of Relations Governance for trust,commitment,information sharing and communication is correlation,and have a positive influence on the cooperation performance in building supply chain,cooperation has a certain variable regulation,the assumptions are verified established.At last,in order to enhance the cooperation performance for the purpose,constructing a building supply chain partnerships model under the core elements in relational governance mechanisms,further analysis the positive influence for trust,commitment,communication and information sharing to the cooperation performance in building supply chain.Finally,the paper pointed out that innovation and deficiencies in the presence research,as well as the direction of future research can be.
