This dissertation discusses several methods to improve management of business through the description of typical problems from a small equipment manufacturing enterprise T. A new notion, five-asset-analysis,is introduced to elaborate the general modification direction to small manufacturing enterprises.The small manufacturing enterprises which are the most majority of manufacturing enterprises do not get benefit from the advanced manufacturing management theory by the constraints of quality of people, developing environment and equipment level in the original background that is using cheap labor and predatory resources development. On the premise of the developments of industrialization, informationization and intelligence, the small manufacturing enterprises reveal the difficulty in business gradually. The use of advanced management theory, specially combined with the management practice of small manufacturing enterprises is very necessary. And the real situation of market competition pushes small manufacturing enterprise to improve their management in business in order to adapt to the market demand.According to company T's operational status, this dissertation describe the research of progressive improvement of managements. It shows the great value to help small manufacturing enterprises to improve the management level by establishing the promoting organization, seeking the support from high level in the company, carrying out the planning of the business to improve the implementation, preparation of promoting the business, 5S based improvement, efficiency improvement of management and management standardization project. |
