According to Bulletin of National Survey on Soil Pollution report issued by China in 2014 shows the situation of soil pollution is not optimistic about the outcome. More than one million square kilometers of land was polluted soil with the point position of national soil exceeding the standard by 16.1%. Those are only the preliminary survey results, and it could be predicted that the domestic soil pollution was even more serious. Soil pollution has become one of the main environmental problems of our government concerned, Soil remediation has a huge market potential.While Chinese soil remediation industry started late and the industrial chain is still relatively weak, the rapid growth and a huge market potential have attracted a large number of domestic and international enterprises to step in. Kangda International Company Limited was established in 1996 and got listed in HK in July 2014. Soil remediation industry is one of the five major plates of Kangda international, The company’s goal is to occupy the commanding heights of soil remediation market and become the leader of soil remediation industry. Howerver, many problems emerged with domestic soil remediation’s market, such as unclear of responsibility subject, lack of business model, obstruction of Funding channels. At the same time, many problems emerged with Kangda International Company Limited, such as shortage of talents and technical storage, lack of soil remediation’s experience. In order to seize the national opportunity of the development, and maitain a leading position in this industry, it is imperative to develop a proper development strategy suitable for the company.Based on a detailed analysis of the state and the market demand and industrial policy of soil remediation industry, the article analyzed the situation of the Kangda International company based on the strategic management theory and analytical method, and evaluated the external opportunities and challenges, as well as the internal advantages and disadvantages of the company.The article also assess the internal and external environmental factors and analyze the development prospect and competitiveness. It is determined the overall objectives, overall strategy, competitive strategy and functional strategies of the company.Starting frow the innovative models of marketization and commercial, the article applied market theory to determine suitable techenology and market strategy of the company to guide the development. At the same time, in order to promote the industry’s healthy development, it is suggest to builting government Trust fund of soil remediation industry.Furthermore, the article investigated into the implementation and management of the strategies, in order to provide a reference for the other remediation enterprise of the silimar type.
