All along, both domestic and foreign entrepreneurs or academics, leadership qualities are always a hot topic. In business management, leaders of the business philosophy, corporate values, and other key strategic choice determines the fate of the future of the enterprise. In business management, leaders' business philosophy, corporate values, and other key strategic choice determines the fate of the future of the enterprise. Future development of enterprises depends on the manage ability of business leaders. The quality of leadership is one important internal factor of leader management capabilities. However, in particular enterprise environment, the leadership quality is made up by which one of quality index,how to extract quality indicators,how to analyze the causes of the lack of quality,and how to enhance the quality,all above is inconclusive yet. Therefore, based on the particular S computer company environment, literature analysis, survey research, statistical analysis, comparison, interview these types of research methods to answer these problems. We hope that through this research, the study of domestic IT companies about leadership qualities have certain significance, but also contribute to the theoretical study of IT industry leaders to promote quality.This paper takes the S computer company as an example to study the current situation and the promotion of the quality of leader. This thesis consists five chapters, which mainly studies three problems: First, the theoretical analysis of the quality of enterprise leaders. By using the methods of literature analysis and statistical analysis analysis and summary index entries leader previous theoretical literature and research, combined with the S computer company employee expectations of the enterprise leaders quality index characteristics, construct the S computer company leader quality indicators, the specific performance:Quality in individual level : fairness, honesty and self-discipline, health, learning ability, self-control, sense of responsibility and initiative; Quality in management level: the concept of leadership skills, training and motivation, interpersonal communication skills, leadership and problem-solving skills, team building;Quality in organizational level : crisis management ability, Internet thinking and strategic decision-making ability, innovation ability, innovative thinking. Second, Analysis on quality of S computer company leader in Nanchang. First of all, through the questionnaire survey to understand the situation of the quality of the S computer company leader. Secondly, using the comparison method to compare the S computer company leader's quality level with the S computer company leader's quality composition table. Finally through the interview to obtain lack of qualities of S computer company leaders, summarized as the following five aspects: Lack of learning spirit that lead to professional knowledge is insufficient; Lack of affinity that lead to poor interpersonal; Power is too concentrated to train subordinates in consciousness;Weak of innovative mind and poor ability to change; Leadership team lack of clear goals and mechanisms lead to negative achievement motivation. Third, The way to promotion quality of S computer company leader in Nanchang. Mainly from five aspects to improve and enhance qualities of S computer company: establishment learning organization to improve the learning ability, strengthen the internal and external communication to enhance the affinity, Properly authorized to enhance the ability to develop subordinates, Enhance the overall concept to innovation management, clear objectives and optimizing the leadership structure to improve the whole quality.
