Study On The Causes For The Superior Qualities Of Women Entrepreneurs Based On Structural Equation Model Theory

The development and expansion of women entrepreneurs’ team and the outstandingeconomic contribution make them become the focus in social and academic circles. Thesuperior quality women entrepreneurs have is not only beneficial to raise the level of theirown, but also important to improve the enterprise performance. Based on review the relatedtheory and analyze a lot of cases about successful women entrepreneurs, this research firstlymakes use of women’s studies and the quality theory to classify the superior qualities ofsuccessful women entrepreneurs. And then the author constructs tree model for the superiorqualities of women entrepreneurs. Secondly, we use social learning theory and theentrepreneurial human capital theory and other related researches to explore the formingcauses of women entrepreneurs’ superior qualities. Then we build a conceptual model toexplain the causes of these qualities. Thirdly, we develop empirical research according towomen entrepreneurs’ superior qualities and the forming cause of qualities through thequestionnaire survey method. Fourthly, we use structural equation model to fit and correctthe sample data and concept model. At the same time, we draw the key factors which affectwomen entrepreneurs’ superior qualities’ forming. Finally, we put forward the cultivationadvices of women entrepreneurs’ superior qualities from three aspects of home networkingand human capital accumulation and external environment support. This paper makes aquantitative method to analyze the women entrepreneurs’ superior qualities and their causes.The findings provide the role of inspiration and reference to form and improve the superiorqualities of women entrepreneurs and to nurture a new generation of women entrepreneurs.
