Research On Development Policy Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In Binzhou City

The healthy and orderly development of enterprises can promote the steady development of economy and society,and the development of enterprises can not be separated from the strong guidance and support of the government.As the north gate of Shandong Province,Binzhou City lags behind other cities in economic and social development.One of the important reasons is that the development of enterprises is not strong enough.By studying the concepts and theories of enterprise development and the formulation of supporting policies,and adopting the methods of literature research,social investigation and data analysis,this paper first systematically expounds the current situation and trend of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,then introduces in detail the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Binzhou,and expounds in depth the necessity and feasibility of policy research on small and medium-sized enterprises.Then deeply dissects the problems and shortcomings of the government in the process of giving full play to its functions and promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises are analyzed.Finally,according to the actual situation of Binzhou City,the paper puts forward the ways and means for the government to promote the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises,which is including mainly strengthening the planning for development,creating a broad space for small and medium-sized enterprises,taking various measures to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,solving the financing difficulties and expensive financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises.Through the analysing of the development process of the small and medium-sized enterprises supported by the Binzhou Party Committee and the government,this paper explores how the government can better promote the high-quality development of the industry,and then provides ways and means for the local Party Committee and the government to better develop the local superior enterprises and promote the industrial transformation and upgrading under the new situation,so as to ultimately promote the realization of the goal of "prosperous Binzhou".
