Research On The Improvement And Optimization Of Logistics Information System For Manufacturing Enterprises

Under the national 18 th macro policy background, C Company, as a representative of the state-owned key enterprise, is seeking the transformational development all the time. Gradually, industries operated by resources or labor-intensive are replaced by the new ecological ones with technology creation and capital operation as well as data integration. In face of the increasing fierce competition market, because of the increasing customers' demands, the large scale of state-owned key enterprises' monopoly has been losing their advantages, which put forward higher requirements of more continuous effective manufacturing logistics to C Company. The consistency of manufacturing logistics and information flow becomes a prerequisite of customer delivery on time. Therefore, the thesis is designed under the operational needs.Concerning about the problems of manufacturing resources wastes, the dissertation will launch a new layout design, including the aspects of material waste, capacity release, labor cost and data statistics, etc. Besides, due to the domestic labor costs increasingly, coupled with the enterprises' dependant on over-exploring resources, it is urgent for enterprises to force to seek a new transition. However, the advantages of enterprises relying on information asymmetry to obtain profit are sharply weakened. Through the analysis of the existing problems, it is the key development for modern enterprises to develop creative operation modes, various flexible capital flows, up-to- date technology drive, high flexibility and low cost manufacturing methods, data statistic efficient utilization and competitive compensation system. Through the use of informational means of ERP, PLM, MES, CPMS, the thesis will make a core process reengineering optimization of C Company, achieving information data connectivity, manufacturing logistics and information flows integration in the end. Under the mode of the logistics information fast delivery and logistic data share in Group Company, it will provide C Company with reliable data in the process of the deficiencies of operation management.
