| This thesis concentrates on logistics system and the logistics management of themanufacturing enterprises in China. The purpose is to reduce logistics cost. Afteranalyzing the logistics system at present in China, this thesis put forward the newoptimizing methods of the logistics system in the manufacturing enterprises. Theproblems in the logistics management of the manufacturing enterprises were listed,Analyzed these problems exactly, then the countermeasures were presented .Gave anexample: the optimization of the logistics system in Shandong Taikai Electric Group, theprocedure to optimize its logistics system is found and put forward optimizing methods,optimizing pattern and optimizing measures. At last, the author used the evaluatingquotas to verify the validity. The achievement of this thesis can improve the efficiencyand quality of the logistics system in the manufacturing enterprises. |
