Cost Benefit Analysis Of Shandong Province Mutton Sheep Industry

At present, International mutton market is developing rapidly, after joining WTO, the development potential of China's mutton sheep industry is bigger and bigger. Shandong is a typical sheep raising province at farming area, is also the national largest sheep breeding production big province in addition to the three major pastoral areas, Shandong abounds in the resources of forage grass and feed and has suitable climatic conditions, sheep industry has great potential for development. Although Shandong is a national big sheep raising province, but not a strong sheep raising province, mutton production standardization level,the level of modernization and industrialization level is low, the costs and benefits of sheep rearing is not optimistic, not only has no advantage compared with the national highest level, compared with the national average, the advantage is not obvious. Therefore, the research of mutton sheep industry cost benefit in Shandong is of great significance for the development of Shandong mutton sheep industry.On the basis of the research at home and abroad were reviewed, make a detailed explanation of the mutton sheep, mutton sheep industry and other terms related to the concept, at the same time, also explains the two theories involved in this paper.,cost-benefit theory and advantage theory. Emphatically collected the mutton sheep industry in Shandong Province in 2005-2014 cost-benefit statistics, make descriptive analysis on the problem of the mutton sheep industry in Shandong Province from two aspects of cost and benefit, makes a comprehensive summary of the reality of the mutton sheep industry in Shandong Province, further will compare the level of costs and benefits of mutton sheep industry in Shandong Province and the national average level, the highest level, and the lowest level, found the advantages and disadvantages of mutton sheep industry in Shandong Province in terms of costs and benefits. On this basis, select net profit, labor cost,cost of newborn animal, feed costs, the average selling price, average feeding, the main product output these seven indicators, using SPSS16.0 statistical software, establish a multiple linear regression model of Shandong Province mutton sheep industry revenue impact factors analysis, analysis results show that labor cost, newborn animal fee, average feeding there is a negative correlation between number of days and feed costs and net profit,while the average selling price and the main products yield and net profit there is a positive correlation. Finally get the main conclusions, and put forward policy recommendations to improve mutton sheep industry cost benefit in Shandong Province from the four aspects of management system, operation mode, government control and data statistics, in order to promote the long-term stable and healthy development of mutton sheep industry in Shandong Province.
