Research On The Linkage Of Urban Agglomeration From The Perspective Of The Radiation Effect Of Producer Services

With the development of the world economy changes from "industrial economy" to "service economy" and the social division of labor specialization level enhances,producer services gradually separated from the manufacture and became the core sector in the development of service industry.With the further development of urbanization,urban agglomeration has become the most potential core area of China’s economic development in the future.The gradual expansion of demand makes the producer services show the characteristics of "agglomeration" and "radiation",and how to effectively play the role of radiation is of great significance to the internal realization of urban agglomerations.This dissertation takes Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta which are in a mature development as objects,from the science and technology resource allocation efficiency,strength of economic ties,effect of industry radiation,industrial cluster angle to study the urban linkage situation.Firstly,using DEA CCR model and cross-efficiency model to evaluate the external linkage effect from the angle of science and technology resource allocation efficiency,using economic relation intensity model to analyze the linkage situation between the central city and the other cities.Secondly,measuring the specialization level of producer services by location entropy method and external service flow model,then constructing industrial radiation force model and industrial radiation fracture zone model to measure the radiation capability of every city and radiation distance from the central city to the surrounding economic ties tight cities.Finally,the collaborative clustering index method is used to evaluate the linkage effect between producer services and manufacture.The results indicate that the internal linkage of three urban agglomerations is higher than that of external linkage,and the economic ties between the central city and the surrounding cities which are directly proportional to the actual distance;producer services of Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou show a concentration and radiation central effect,and the surrounding cities who are closer to the central city,the intensity of radiation will be greater;the radiation between the central city and the surrounding cities has two way nature,which is helpful to realize the linkage development;Producer services mainly concentrated in central cities,and the cities with a higher concentration of manufacture is distributed around them.Producer services of central cities play a leading role in the development of manufacture of surrounding cities;the degree of co-agglomeration between producer services and manufacture is in the order of: Finance,Information,Logistics,Business,Technology.This dissertation provides reference for the linkage development of Urban Agglomeration.
