Study On The Factors And Path For The Decision-making Of Migrant Workers' Turnover

Frequent flow of migrant workers has become a common management problem,to explore the reasons for the turnover of migrant workers,and to stabilize the contingent of migrant workers is becoming a new topic in the field of human resource management in China.During the internship in a listing Corporation located in Shaoxing,Keqiao,Zhejiang,the author found that the company was also facing the huge challenges of migrant workers.Therefore,for the proposed strategy in order to keep the migrant workers,the author carried out investigation and analysis of reasons for leaving for migrant workers.Interview survey.In the first stage,based on the Price-Mueller model,exploratory research is conducted to investigate the decisive factors influencing the turnover of migrant workers.The second stage is the empirical research,by using descriptive statistical method to verify the factors correlated with turnover intention.The third stage of the inquiry by path analysis turnover path for migrant workers.Research results show that leadership,salary,equity,emotion,social security and migrant workers turnover intention negatively correlated;turnover intention is positively related to job stress and job opportunities and migrant workers;differences in demographic characteristics(age,sex,education,service years,etc.)on turnover intention have a greater impact;turnover cost plays a role in regulating the turnover intention and turnover behavior.And explore the 4direct and 8indirect way of migrant workers leaving.Finally,on the basis of the conclusions of the study,putting forward to maintain the stability of migrant workers can be taken for the targeted measures.
