Research On R&D Intensity And Growth For CPL Company Based On Sustainable Development

Scientific research have an impact on corporate development,which can bring to sustainable development and huge profits for enterprises and form the core competitiveness of enterprises against peer competition.As a innovative enterprise that is based on technological development and gives priority for products,the company think that the research between R&D activities and the growth of the enterprise is particularly important.Generally believed that increasing R&D investment in research and development will promote business growth,and the effect about R&D investment on the growth of the enterprise is how to be reflected,and this is deserved to further study.Therefore,the research on the relation between R&D investment and growth of CPL has great significance.In this paper,the research background and significance were explained,and then defined the related concepts and theories,and stated the impact mechanism of R&D investment on enterprise growth.Based on sustainable development from two angles,the R&D investment intensity and the growth of enterprise respectively.using CPL company and 14 Technical service listing Corporation which work on oil logging as research objects and selecting the 2009-2014 as the research range,which intends to use empirical analysis method to test whether R&D investment intensity has an influence on the enterprise growth.This paper analyzes the present situation of CPL company's R&D activity and enterprise's growth.In the chapter of empirical analysis,we first use factor analysis and principal component analysis to analyze and evaluate the growth of Sample Firms,deriving growth factor can show the growth of the company.Secondly establishing the panel regression analysis model is to test the influence direction,short-term effect and hysteresis of R&D investment intensity and enterprise growth.The results showed that the R&D investment intensity on the growth of enterprises has a significant positive impact,but there are short-term effect and hysteresis,and the effect is more significant in the lag phase.Also the impact of the control variables on the growth showed different direction role in promoting.Finally,based on the conclusions of this paper and giving some advice about how to improve the status of R&D investment for the CPL company want to achieve sustainable development of enterprises and enhance the related countermeasures of the growth of enterprises.
