The Application Of EVA In Performance Evaluation Of C Company

With the spread of the enterprise value maximization and the development of the theory of performance evaluation.Enterprises are paying more attention to the performanc evaluation indicators which reflect the value of enterprise to influence on enterprise performance evaluation.EVA has became the focus.It has always been a focus in theory and practice that how to reasonably use of EVA,reflecting on the premise of enterprise value to analyze the business development and achieve sustainable development of enterprise.This article firstly through to understand the organizational structure and business conditions of C military industry which use VDMOS tube,NPN and PNP transistor,Silicon pile of silicon bridge as the main business,to analyze the performance evaluation of its current status,and found the problems that in the performance evaluation,and analyze the necessity of using EVA evaluation system in the C company.Secondly,this article will combine C company's industry particularity to solve that how to reasonably use the EVA performance evaluation of the C company.The article use the qualitative and quantitative analysis method,the AHP and use EVA as the core indicators to construct the C company's EVA performance evaluation system.Finally using the EVA performance evaluation system to make a comprehensive analysis of the C company's performance from the Angle of enterprise value,and get the advanced nature of the EVA performance evaluation system by comparing the original performance evaluation system.This paper through to combine the theory with practice to study the application of EVA in performance evaluation of the C company,clearing about the influence of EVA performance evaluation system index of the C company,affirming the advantages of EVA performance evaluation on the C company,and arrival at a conclusion that EVA performance evaluation system can make the performance evaluation of the C company more accuratly,so then the C company can achieve the enterprise value maximization.
