In recent years,with the rapid development of business enterprises,business activities become more and more complex,business process of all kinds of risks have become increasingly prominent,the enterprises have gradually realized the importance of risk management,especially the risk management of sales and collection link.JL trading company is a plastic products wholesale,retail sales for the auxiliary enterprises,since the 2006 established sales of receivables risk management system,since the operation of the system,although through constant revision,in response to sales of receivables risk to a certain role,but due to the system pay more attention to the control after the event,pay attention to the management of specific risks,and therefore can not be fundamentally prevention significant risks and resulting in the loss,but also difficult to form the overall strategy of risk management.Is described in detail in this paper JL Company's current sales of receivables risk management system and the operation status,and combined with the theory of risk management of sales and collection,through on-the-spot investigation,in-depth analysis of the problems existing in risk management of sales and collection of JL Company,including the defects of the system itself,lack of sales and collection of the risk management process and problems existing in the corporate risk response and through the recognition of JL Company sales of receivables risk,according to the importance of the principle,risk evaluation index were selected by questionnaire construct sales of receivables risk assessment model based on AHP.Through the model analysis,obtain risk index weight,sales of receivables risk assessment result is obtained,finally put forward suggestions to deal with the risk of from two aspects: system strategy and technology strategy,JL Company effectively control sales of receivables risk for reference,so as to facilitate the steady and rapid development of enterprises,improve the competitiveness.The risk management of enterprise sales collection is a complex process,this paper only selects JL trading company to make a systematic study,and obtains the preliminary results.In the future study to further research on receivables sales enterprise risk analysis method,especially for business sales of receivables risk analysis method research,find feasible sales of receivables risk analysis method,efficiency and accuracy to improve enterprises' sales receivables risk analysis.At the same time,the future evaluation methods need to be improved in the dynamic performance in the assessment of the risk of sales receivables.
