Currently,in order to reduce costs and protect the production of oil and gas production,service life,the power supply works extensively in most of our oil fields.Power engineering as important auxiliary oil production activities,cost control significantly influenced the operations of oil fields,but along with the grim economic situation for oil industy,the existing cost management have been unable to meet the Central Plains oil demand for power supply management office project cost management and control.With the continuous development of the theory of cost driver and activity management,it provides a new idea for the cost management of power supply project.In order to control the cost of power engineering,The paper makes study by field research,counseling professional and technical personnel,and access to relevant information.Combined with the power supply engineering reality in Zhongyuan Oilfield,the paper finds the effective cost drivers and establishes the regression mode of production cost by analyzing power supply engineering cost and production stata.finally the paper illustrates the cost control method of power engineering cost and give the proper suggestion.In this paper,from two aspects of theory and empirical analysis,the paper make a research on the cost drivers and cost control methods of power supply project.The article is divided into six parts: The first part introduces the research background and significance,research status,research content and research methods;The second part is the cost driver theory;The third part of the project cost management is the supply situation and problem analysis in Zhongyuan Oilfield;The fourth part is analysis of power supply project cost driver;The fifth part is the supply cost of the project cost driver control method based on research;The sixth part is the conclusion.
