Research On Influence Of Ideological And Political Education Based On Enterprise Hero Model

At present,China's economic development has entered a new normal,enterprise management is facing more serious challenges,need more talent even Enterprise hero,in order to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises to promote the development of the enterprise.However,it has been widespread in the enterprise,talent is seldom,enterprise hero are rare.it is clear that the existence of the heroes promote the development of enterprises,enterprises cannot ignore the importance and practical significance,so the more and more popular topic what the academic circles talk about in recent years.But more research exists in academic circles enterprise management and enterprise culture research,less exist in the ideological and political education research field.Therefore,based on the ideological and political education closely associated with the corporate culture,research ideological and political education influence on enterprise hero model not only academic significance,but also more practical significance.The first chapter in this paper analyzes the definition of enterprise hero,the hero of the type and enterprise heroes and the complex relationship of ideological and political education,to related research achievements of predecessors as the basis of this paper researcher according to research status of enterprise hero at home and abroad.The second chapter,from the perspective of management and corporate culture,corporate management practices,corporate ideological and political education to the corporate hero of the four impact of the relevant aspects,namely,enterprises managers,enterprises management process,enterprises atmosphere building and employee's self education and self management,in order to find a perspective or path for model enterprise hero.Then the third chapter,through the cosco ship case verify the theory of first and second chapter.In this chapter,Through the selection of case,the case survey,including sort out research interview material,and all kinds of path online material selection are summarized and sorted,on the basis of the case analysis and summary,and finally analysis of influence of the development of cosco ship case of hero mould based on Ideological and political education.The final chapter in view of the above literature research,strengthen ideological and political education to the enterprise hero model,the author in the above theoretical research and practice on the basis of analysis of the validation,the combination of ideological and political education content,methods,etc.,put forward to promote the development of the enterprise comprehensive measures and methods of the modeling corporate hero.
