Along with the rapid growth of the construction industry, some large domestic construction enterprises have achieved great development. For the construction enterprises, it has become an urgent issue to be solved on how to understand the new normal characteristics of construction industry, take the initiative to overcome the system obstacles, actively adjust the industrial structure and transform the production mode to promote the transformation and upgrading as well as to strengthen the group control and reach new equilibrium between the growth and transformation, between the scale and benefit.This paper studies the theories and modes of group control. By combining the situations of the Hainan Construction Group and development of market economy, the paper adopts the research method of theoretical research and case study, To find out the main problem of headquarters location is not clear, the organizational structure is not perfect, the control process is not standardized, risk is not strong, the lack of high-quality professional management personnel in five aspects and other related issues.From the perspective of management theory, To improve the management of HN construction group is facing the urgent need of the real market management. To optimize the ownership structure as the foundation, Accurate positioning of headquarters functions, It is clear that the group headquarters of the company's equity management and strategic planning is the core of the problem; In order to improve the corporate governance structure as the premise, Sound organizational structure, Role of the board of directors and managers, Establish and improve the modern enterprise system, Is the key to solve the problem, This is also the main technical route of this paper.Is proposed for and practical measures:one is to optimize the selection of control mode, exact orientation of the headquarters function; the second is a sound organizational structure, regulate the operation of corporate governance to promote; the third is the power and responsibility system, establish and perfect the group control system process; the fourth is to improve risk prevention capability, strengthen performance management; the fifth is to strengthen the management talent echelon construction and improve management and control subject competency; the sixth is to solve related problems and maintain effective promotion of group control force. In order to achieve the goal to improve HN construction group control, construction to meet the enterprise's own development stage and long-term strategic need of group control force, and taking the opportunity of those committed to "bigger and stronger"construction enterprises to provide reference.
