Perspective Of Synergy The Selection Of Management And Control Model Among Construction Enterprise Groups

In recent years, with the development of global economic integration and the scale of theconstruction enterprise expansion, construction enterprise group has become the main form ofcompany development. However, with the continuous improvement of the enterprise scale andthe degree of diversification, also bring about a series of problems, e.g. the longermanagement chain, the information transfer is much slower and even distortion, the resourcesare much more distribution, then the homogeneous competition problems has been derived.So, to construction enterprise groups, how to choose management and control model for theirown actual situation,which can improve the vitality of the company’s operating subsidiary andplay enterprise Group synergies, has become a the problems to be solved among a largeconstruction conglomerate in constant development and daily management. At the same time,this issue relates to the pace of development of enterprises and the quality of the puzzle. Thecore issue of Construction Enterprise Group chosen the appropriate management and controlmodel is how to make scientific evaluation of different control modes combined with theactual situation of enterprises, it also how to design buildings conglomerates control process.Scientific evaluation of management and control model is not only the core of constructionenterprise management, but only could get a large number of advantageous information forgroup control, so there`s a certain instruction significance to construction group.Based on the summary of the construction enterprise group theory and the constructionenterprise group control theory, this paper reviews the cause and group connotation ofconstruction companies, and gives an in-depth study of the control group and three differentcontrol characteristics, at the same time compares and analyzes the differences of controlmodes. This paper also researches collaborative learning and collaboration while the economydid elaborated and architecture supports basic interoperability of Enterprise group. On thebasis of study of a large number of papers, this paper summarizes the factors constructionenterprise group control mode selection, with the research perspective of collaborative, theindex system construction enterprise group management and control model evaluation isestablished initially. In the form of expert investigation, the index system is corrected andimproved. From external factors, organizational factors, management factors and business factors established four levels, this paper management establishes the evaluation system ofconstruction enterprise group control model construction conglomerate. The Analytic NetworkProcess (ANP) is used to determine the index weights. Consider of the management andcontrol model evaluation difficult to give an accurate numerical evaluation information, souncertain linguistic multiple attribute decision making method is used to gather evaluation ofinformation, this paper built a mixture model of ANP and uncertain linguistic multipleattribute decision making method. With a empirical analysis, the practicality and effectivenessof the model has been verified. Finally, the main research conclusions and results have beensummarized, and the problems and deficiencies have been illustrated.
