The rapid development of Chinese economy to a certain extent due to the rapid development of private economy, the rapid development of private economy to benefit the development of private enterprises, and private enterprises in a large part of the manufacturing enterprises, the development of private manufacturing enterprises grow mainly depends on the enterprise's correct leadership. Therefore, leadership behaviors of entrepreneurs has important practical significance for the survival and development of private manufacturing enterprises. But the paternalistic leadership is a common phenomenon in Chinese organizations, an important part of leadership is to identify and study of paternalistic leadership. Therefore, leadership behavior paternalistic study Chinese organization unique,explore its impact on psychological health of employees in private enterprises, the private enterprises to upgrade the management level, has the vital significance.Based on literature study and realistic thinking, this paper put forward a conceptual model of the influence on mental health of employees of private enterprises leadership and paternalistic. This model establishes paternalistic leadership(three dimensions: moral leadership, benevolence leadership, authoritarian leadership) on Employee Psychological Health(high performance, satisfaction and continuous, respectively by the organization of enterprise performance, individual level of job satisfaction and turnover intention relationship model to reflect the) produce the influence. According to the conceptual model, proposed a paternalistic private manufacturing enterprises leading effect on employees' psychological health hypothesis. This research through the questionnaire survey and Analysis on the problems of empirical research, draw the conclusion: the private enterprises' paternalistic leadership and employee psychological health is a significant positive correlation between specific parts; relationship between paternalistic leadership and employee mental health:paternalistic leadership and reflect the mental health staff efficient psychological state of enterprise performance is positively related, positively correlated with psychological status satisfaction reflects mental health staff satisfaction, and reflect the psychological healthy psychological state of employee turnover intention negatively correlated.The innovation of this paper lies in: To explore the impact of China's private enterprisesof paternalistic leadership on employees' psychological health, puts forward and verify the conceptual model and research hypothesis led parents owned manufacturing enterprises impact on employees' psychological health.
