Management Game (abbreviation MG) is a global business simulation project. Management Game was initiated by Carnegie Mellon University. Base on an interactive simulation platform, the project provides a simulative global wrist-watch market for the participants. the marketing strategy is an important direction of the simulation of the operation and the core content.Marketing strategy is part of the core network in enterprises, the marketing strategy of human resources, production, finance and other functional strategy plays a guiding role. Enterprises to gain the core competitiveness, expanding and competition advantage, it must be in the company's overall development strategy under the guidance, in-depth analysis of internal and external competition environment, integrate internal and external resources to develop to meet the need of market competition, marketing strategy, and finally achieve the marketing strategy.This paper is based on the simulation of the operation from 2013 to 2105, through a combination of simulation practice and the marketing theory, the main contents include: marketing strategy connotation and characteristics, and the role of marketing strategic position, marketing strategy management model; the main products and market the organization and the overall development strategy; the formulation and implementation of elegant brand watches marketing strategy; marketing strategic management theory as a guide, analyzing and summarizing the three years marketing strategy implementation; discusses the existing formulation of strategic management and marketing strategy problems and the countermeasures.At the same time, through the simulation of the operation of three years, to verify the different factors influence in the refined products market simulation operation effect, realized the team cooperation and effective organization model in the process of operation, through the role of projects in the division of labor, the students develop team spirit; through the use of electronic commerce, management model, English teaching, computer network, which utilizes the multi-disciplinary knowledge, improve the comprehensive skills for management of students, improve the ability to use the students of various management tools.
