Whether the industrial chain is complete is an important factor affecting the development of Shenyang equipment manufacturing enterprises. The SBW, located in Shenyang economic and Technological Development Zone develops rapidly and strongly, however in the production and assembly process of its blower, the industrial steam turbine as the key driven equipment is imported outside, which decrease the bargaining ability but increase the production cost. In this context, SBW invested and built turbine manufacturing enterprises themselves, the LTC, which is engaged in manufacturing industrial driving steam turbine.LTC as a subsidiary of SBW, specializes in manufacture, assembly, research and sales of industrial driving steam turbine and auxiliary equipment. The competition between steam turbine industry is becoming more and more fierce, the newly established LTC, must based on its own actual situation, making development strategy according to the development of industry laws, in order to survive and develop in the industry.This paper firstly research the related theory of enterprise strategy management, including the concept of the strategic management of enterprises, research methods and research steps etc. The theoretical results are applied in practical research. Through the analysis of the external environment including the analysis of the macro environment analysis, industry environment, the internal environment analysis, using the PEST analysis model, Potter's five forces analysis model and SWOT analysis model and etc., go deep into research the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of LTC in the Chinese mechanical manufacturing field.Secondly, according to the results of analysis mission and the internal and external environment of LTC, set the company's future development strategy target, and the strategic selection and formulation.Finally, according to the overall goal of the development strategy of LTC and the formulation of strategic planning, decompose the strategy, according to the strategic task to set develop measures, ensure the competitive advantage, and sustainable and rapid development of LTC in the industry.
