Research On Economic Evaluation Methods And Parameters For X Low Permeability Gas Project

With the rapid development of global economy,the rapid growth of energy demand,how to guarantee the safety of oil and gas,become the focus of the challenges facing governments and oil industry.Among them,the low permeability of oil and gas resources development and utilization of great significance to ensure the safety of oil and gas supplies.In the composition of oil and gas production in our country,the proportion of low permeability oil and gas production increased year by year,status more and more important.In 2014,the low permeable oil output of 071 million tons,accounting for 37.6% of the total output;Low permeability gas production of 32 billion cubic meters,accounting for 42.1% of the total output.Are expected in the oil and gas production in China,the proportion of low permeability oil and gas will continue to increase.The future oil and gas production and stable production in China will be relying more on low permeability oil and gas resources.But our current low permeability gas project economic evaluation method and parameters have not reflected the particularity of low permeability gas project,the economic evaluation method and parameters with the conventional natural gas project,adopt the same standard evaluation methods and parameters,the causes of low permeability gas project in our country economic evaluation precision,lower accuracy,severely restricts the healthy development of low permeability gas project in China.To this end,we in the sichuan basin X low permeability gas project as the main object,with the ordos basin S conventional natural gas project to conduct a comprehensive comparative study,so as to put forward suitable for low permeability gas project in our country economic evaluation method and parameters of the reform direction of the standard,for the future of low permeability gas project economic evaluation work to provide a scientific and comprehensive basis,to make our country,healthy and rapid development of low permeability gas resources.
