| In the complicated economic environment,the implementation of major projects is the gripper to improve the quality of economic growth,accelerate the transformation of economic development patterns,adjust and optimize the economic structure.Tianjin’s economy took the lead in recovery from the financial crisis and maintained sustained rapid growth.It was the result of large projects and good projects.Tianjin’s economic growth,structural optimization and upgrading level were derived from large and good projects.Study of major project implementation booster technology little giant enterprise growth had an important influence.With the help of major projects,it sped up the science and technology development of small and medium-sized enterprises.And it had a great influence on transforming the mode of economic development in Tianjin,it also helped to optimize and adjust the structure of industry,achieve sound and fast development in Tianjin.So it had an important significance in theory research,practical significa nce and long-term strategic significance.This dissertation analyzed the problem that major project booster little giant enterprise growth of science and technology from theoretical and empirical Angle.First of all,the author synthesized the general situation of major projects in Tianjin and related research status at home and abroad,analyzed the background and research significance.This dissertation summarized the research framework,and expounded the three innovation points.So it laid a solid foundation for follow-up.Secondly,through a large number of data analysis,the author summarized the situation of major projects and technology little giant enterprise in Tianjin.Thirdly,the author expounded the connotation of the enterprise growth theory.The abroad research situation between different schools was carried on the contrastive analysis,and the development of the domestic research process was sketched out.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter of this dissertation listed the current three types of evaluation system.On the basis of this the author put forward the improved enterprise growth index system,designed the questionnaire comprehensively covering enterprise growth index.And the author put forward the assumption about how major projects influenced science and technology little giant enterprise growth before questionnaire.These assumptions were verified by SPSS statistical analysis after recycling questionnaire.The effective questionnaires were conducted the validity and reliability test.The results showed that the data has good reliability and validity,which lays a good foundation for an empirical analysis in the sixth chapter.The sixth chapter of this dissertation carried on the analysis of variance to the data,drew relevant conclusions.The result showed in validation process about related factors,enterprise growth is closely related to the six indicators and major projects by linear regression method.After validating the six indicators,it drew the conclusion: the implementation of major projects cannot significantly affect the index of the quality of employees,and the fourth chapter put forward the assumption of discrepancy,so revised the original evaluation model.Finally,combining with the full text,the author carried on the summary and outlook,and put forward the shortcomings and countermeasures in the process of research. |
