Plans for the development of the human resource management has become an important part of enterprise development planning, is also a basic work for the solution to the maximum benefits of the enterprise first resources.Have a strong staff team is private steel enterprises bigger and stronger the basis of the first.Based on the research of the enterprise employees incentive problem, reset of incentive scheme can effectively reduce staff turnover, better to create benefits for enterprises.With the construction of steel structure engineering co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the construction of steel structure) employee motivation as the research object, analyze the construction of steel structure of compensation performance incentive structure is unreasonable, the lack of humanistic atmosphere in the enterprise culture incentive, lack of incentive system and fairness, lack of effective training incentive mechanism and enterprise ignored the employee career development space of this five problems.To solve these problems, a redesign of enterprise staff incentive schemes, namely, to establish a reasonable salary incentive system, strengthening the construction of enterprise implicit cultural incentive, to ensure that the incentive mechanism of institutional and fairness, establish effective training mechanism at the same time ensure that give employees enough space of career development.
