Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Tea Productive Enterprises Under The Perspective Of Intellectual Capital

China is a large agricultural country, between the government and economists have been concerned about three rural issues. China, as one of the most important production base of agricultural, needs the development of tea industry, because the tea industry is an important and unique economic crop and tea industry is of great importance to develop economy and offer job opportunities for more than 10 million people. Our tea companies mostly belong to the production-oriented enterprises, among them most are the early tea processing enterprises and a handful of refined processing enterprises are less. Nowadays, that how to make our tea economy bigger and stronger is worth exploring. Economic development mainly depends on the local tea leading enterprises. In the market competition and homogenization of tea products increased, tea companies have to upgrade, and the current government and business concerns is that the measures taken to effectively enhance the core competitiveness of the tea business.In 1990, soft power was first proposed by Joseph Nye from American, and the earliest use of the concept of soft power is a professor Wang huning in 1993. In recently, Chinese scholars have accumulated some achievements in the theory of soft power. Get inspiration from enterprises at home and abroad of enhancing the core competitiveness, where cultivation and promotion of tea enterprises soft power can effectively enhance the core competitiveness.How to overall understanding and improve the soft power. We should find the factors that decide the soft power of Anhui tea leading enterprises. These are the main targets of this paper which will focus on firstly analysing the main components of tea enterprise soft power, secondly constructing assess index system under the perspective of intellectual capital, thirdly determining the weight of each index weight factor by using the analytic hierarchy process and delphi method, last but not least case analysis to verify the evaluation model by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. At last, from the above analysis, the author will offer several suggestions to improve the soft power of Anhui tea leading enterprise under the perspective of intellectual capital.In conclusion, rank in important degree of Anhui tea leading enterprises soft power elements are the corporate culture (0.2803), System Specification (0.1878), ability strategy manager (0.1602), corporate image force (0.1289), R & D processes (0.0911), staff professionalism (0.0911) and information System (0.0596). Although the single evaluation factor has different importance, every factor interacts and restricts with each other and forms a complicated system with one's own structure, function, operating mechanism, so we cannot ignore each sort.H company's soft power evaluation result shows that general level. What analyzing and evaluating the results help that H company find and make up for the shortage.In the last but one chapter, the suggestions are as follows. Firstly, strengthen Anhui tea leading enterprises knowledge-oriented corporate culture, and build knowledge management mechanism. Secondly, improve the management mechanism of trained personnel to attract more talents. Thirdly, enhance the image of Anhui tea leading enterprises overall, to get stakeholder value recognition.
