Research On The Evaluation And Promotion Countermeasure Of Soft Power In Ji’nan

During the past few decades,the issue of "soft power" continues to be reserched by the domestic and foreign scholars on the basic and expanding aspects. "Regional soft power" which is as an important branch of soft power, has get more and more attention of experts and scholars to study. Although the scholars have been trying to establish a quantitative study on the evaluation system, because the current theoretical research on regional soft power is not a single conclusion, and the public opinions are divergent in the establishment of evaluation system. At present,few real results of establishing the evaluation model are applied to the actual evaluation. The purpose of this paper is to design a set of scientific and reasonable index system and evaluation method, evaluation of regional soft power of Ji’nan city and each county urban district, to clarify the basic status of the soft strength of Ji’nan city.Also, Ji’nan city on the soft power resources and advantages, disadvantages are analyzed.Finally,discussions of the path to enhance the soft power of Ji’nan City, the strategy and countermeasure suggestions are showed.First chapter introduces the background and significance of this study, the following is review the status of the regional status at home and abroad Jinan region of soft power, then it describes the content of this paper and methods.The second chapter introduces the theory of soft power in the region, including the relationship between the concept of soft power in the region, meaning, constituents,regional soft power,regional competitiveness and regional hard power.Construction of the third chapter of Jinan soft power evaluation system includes the establishment of principles and objectives, and it refers to the relevant scholars in recent years,the index system was set to one and two indicators of preselection.The methods are frequency analysis of the indicators, finalized by 6-level indicators(cultural attractions, government execution, talent creativity, social cohesion, comfortable environment force, regional influence) regional soft power and 24 secondary indicators measure index system composed and the AHP method determining the index weight.Chapter IV introduces Ji’nan soft power status quo analysis, from Ji’nan urban location profiles, regional culture, population quality, investment environment, and many otherelaborate Jinan City area of soft power building.Chapter V introduces regional strategies to enhance the soft power of Jinan City;Chapter Vi introduces research conclusions, including research gaps and future research prospects.
