Although the summary of financial data obtained some effect, the problems with practical production process have increased that resulted in production and business paralyzed.This article use case study method, during the introduction of JL Machinery Company and status of industry development, including unacceptable to receive material in time, negative attitude in technology department, chaos of material encoding lead to system error and customers satisfaction declining. By using the theory of critical success factor for ERP, analysis of application failure of JL Machinery Company. Based on actual condition, it proposed measures of before the implementation of safeguard measures, the implementation of process control management and operations support after the implementation. This article provides measures and methods to ensure the successful implement of ERP system for JL Machinery Company and also offers reference and consulting for CNPC machinery subsidiaries and other traditional equipment manufacture companies.
