| The main content of this paper is the implementation of green construction in Xi’an. This research is at the national vigorously promote "energy-saving emission reduction", Xi’an actively promote green construction in such big environment of specific measures, the purpose is through the investigation of construction enterprises in the aspect of water-saving, energy saving, energy saving, land saving and environment protection to active role of evaluation of green construction plays in saving resources and environmental protection, comprehensive and objective assessments of Xi’an area of green construction. Through field investigation and data analysis, help to find out the main factors hindering the implementation of green construction, and provide the solutions for the future improvement of green construction regulations and management methods.In this research, from the implementation of the status of green construction of Xi’an, the implementation of green construction in the construction project as survey samples, mainly by means of questionnaire survey, through field investigation and study, the green construction in Xi’an area implementation present situation, and the integrated use of mathematical statistics and interviews and other methods, further analysis the existing the main factors hindering the implementation of green construction, explore the way to solve the problem from the three aspects of evaluation system, the internal management of construction enterprises and the functions of the government.The results of this research have a positive effect helps to assess the Xi’an area green construction in the aspects of resource conservation and environmental protection play, is a systematic investigation on the implementation of green construction of Xi’an area. The green construction, the specific implementation of the understanding of construction enterprises, to help the government departments to formulate relevant policies and measures, but also helps to explore the process of perfecting the management system of green construction, green construction price standard optimization, speed up the popularization rate of green construction, has important practical application value. |
