| In China, the state-owned enterprise (SOE) is an important part of the state-owned economy. Since the establishment of the Communist Party of China (CPC), it has been paid attention to strengthen the party’s Construction. During the long-term practice, CPC always can put the party’s Construction into various fields of social economy by using Marxism party-building creatively. The fact proves that it’s an important methord for CPC to insist the construction of the party.At present, facing to reform of SOE deepply for the party is an important and arduous task for SOE. It’s good for SOE to strengthen and im prove the party’s Construction, which can make SOE strength the political position, maintain the stability, promote the active participation to reform, in order to maintain the socialist market economic system and promot the development of the national economy healthy and orderly. Therefor it’s necessary to analysis the constraints and solutions on the party’s Construction building in SOE. In fact, there has been many reserchs on the party’s Construction building in SOE, and has being developed with the changes of economic and social, coming from domestic and intonation. However, with the changes of the environment, there has been some outstanding contradictions and problems to be solved in SOE, such as:localization management model, traditional party’s Construction system, the lowly status of Party building and so on. These problem have become the neg ative factors in the development of SOE. That’s the reason to analysis party’s Construction in SOE deeply, find out solutions, and strengthen the leadership of CPCon SOE.In this paper, based on theory and practice, the author focuses on the problems existing in the party building of SOE, and analysis the constraints and solutions, in order to improve the level of party building of SOE and to promote the long-term development of the state-owned enterprises. |
