Research On Restricting Factors Of Industrial Transformation Enterprises In Traditional Construction Enterprises

Construction industry, as a pillar industry of China’s national economy, has acquired remarkable achievements in recent years, but it still has some inevitable problems. The harmonious coexistence between economic development and ecological environment should be specially focused on, and it is imminent for China’s construction industry to conduct transformation and upgrading. As a constitutional unit of construction industry,construction enterprise is naturally the main body of transformation and upgrading.Starting from the future development trend of the construction industry, construction industrialization is an inevitable trend of China’s construction industry development,which is also significant for analyzing the constraint factors of transformation from traditional construction enterprises to construction industrialization enterprises.The transformation from traditional construction enterprises to construction industrialization enterprises refers to a variety of factors. Among them, the purpose and attitude of government, traditional construction enterprises and financial institutions are different. According to the difference of their goals, this paper analyzed the main factors of the influence of traditional construction enterprise transforming into construction industrialization enterprise, and compared these evaluations on the significance of the factors.Firstly, this paper analyzed the competitive environment of traditional construction enterprises, analyzed the significance of transformation, position of transformation and model of transformation from the aspect of theory, and studied on the pursuits of every stakeholder in the environment. The author designed and released “questionnaire on the restraints of the traditional construction enterprises transforming into construction industrialization enterprise”, to question the staff of government, construction enterprise management and financial institutions. Finally, after dealing with the collected data, the writer applied the method of structural equation model to analyze the evaluating difference on the restraints of transformation in the government, traditional construction enterprises and financial institutions. Through the study, some commons were found as follows:(1) As the three different stakeholders in the competing environment of traditional construction enterprise, there are some difference in the cognitions and pursuits of transforming constraints. Hence, it’s significant to position these functions in the process of transformation.(2)“Traditional construction enterprise strength” is the principal factor on the influence of transformation and upgrading, “government, traditional construction enterprises and financial institutions” hold the same opinion on this point that the enterprise should have the conditions of transforming into the construction industrialization enterprise firstly.(3)It’s an inevitable result of construction industry to transform into construction industrialization enterprise to a certain stage.(4)Government and financial institutions should take part in the transformation and upgrading of construction actively.Finally, on the results of the theoretical research and empirical analysis, this paper proposed related suggestions to the three parts on the promoting of transforming and upgrading.
