With the advance of urbanization in China, the city's various infrastructure development projects are booming rapidly. The waste disposal industry is indispensable to city life and its momentum is unstoppable. Municipal solid waste has become the world's major problem during urban development. As the city garbage has brought many problems, major cities regarded the construction of harmless waste treatment project on the agenda and actively build or have built a modern landfill. The construction of waste disposal sites has been harmless to the imperative level. JH city is developing rapidly, has so far not a standardized waste disposal station. JH city is developing rapidly, it has not a standardized waste disposal station. So life garbage landfill construction project A is essential in JH city. This paper is based on the project for the study of the project risk management research.Life garbage landfill construction project A is the focus of urban image construction project in JH city.
