The first 10 years of this century, industrial development highlights of Wuhan become more frequent, which steps into one of the best in history. In 2014, Wuhan entered into the "trillion club", who vaulted to the third among deputy capital cities, and industrial exhibits good posture of quality and efficiency. Meanwhile,China’s industrialization is also accompanied by the excessive consumption of resources and the destruction of environment,and haze and other environmental problems frequently struck, which there are 187 days haze attacking in Wuhan in 2014. It is an important problem to research that the relationship between economic growth and ecological environment of the deputy provincial cities and how to realize the collaborative development, which has a strong practical significance and purpose.In this paper, the internal relation between the environment and the industrialization is firstly analyzed in theory from the angle of scale, structure and technical effects.Then,the ecological environment system and the new industrialization system are founded with AHP method and the comprehensive indexes are calculated by the way of entropy evaluation method. And then the fluctuation trend and decoupling analysis of environment variables and industrialization of Wuhan are analyzed.Next,the intrinsic link between the environment and the industrialization of Wuhan has been carried on the empirical analysis, focusing on the scale, structure and technology effect equations. Finally some policy recommendations are proposed to promote the collaborative development between the industrialization and environment of Wuhan,so as to decoupling.The results show: in the trend of fluctuation, the environment quality of Wuhan improves with periodic and top arc shaped features, the environment pressure periodically and vibrate rises.On the decoupling conditions,the decoupling of environment pressure is not optimistic, industrial waste water achieves strong decoupling, industrial emissions turn deterioration to improvement and stay strong decoupling, industrial waste solid basically stabilize at weak decoupling. on the path of mechanism, Wuhan environmental quality and industrialization present respectively inverted "U" type, inverted "U" type, monotone increasing characteristic in the scale, structure and technology.
