Research On The Effective Development Model Of Housing Industrialization In Wuhan

As a representative of advanced productivity, the housing industrialization will certainly be the development trend of residential construction in the future. However, housing industrialization is still at a very low level in china though it has been developed in our country for more than 20 years. Therefore, it is an very urgent but also important issue for researchers in the fields of housing development and planning to figure out how to accelerate the process of housing industrialization, so that we can realize the housing construction in a low carbon, environmentally friendly and sustainable way. This paper aims at doing some research and discussion on the progress of housing industrialization in Wuhan city, and providing effective measures for better development of housing industrialization in Wuhan city. To achieve this goal, we applied SWOT analysis on the current state, and tried to analyze the possible obstacles that we had encountered in the process of housing industrialization in Wuhan from multiple angles. The main contents in this article include:1) The current state and problems demanding prompt solution of the housing industrialization development in China. we selectively analyze problems that the government and enterprises have confronted in the process of housing industrialization.2) Discussion on the necessity and feasibility of housing industrialization in Wuhan by the SWOT analysis.3) Analysis of the obstacles from the government, residential related enterprises, consumer; market, technology, economy and policy in the process of housing industrialization.4)proposal for the development objectives, time and steps, and principles of Wuhan's housing industrialization based on the analysis of the previous chapters; the government,maket and enterprises'impact on the housing industrialization.According to both the achievements of housing industrialization in cities at home and abroad and our actual investigation, we firstly put forward the development mechanism of housing industrialization in Wuhan. Our research is of great significance. It effectively widen people's vision and provide a theoretical reference for the development of housing industrialization in Wuhan.
